The conference hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day (Monday, October 25th to Friday, October 29th).

Payment Information
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted to guarantee your seat. A valid company purchase order is also accepted to hold your seat; however, payment must be received by the start of the conference. International conference attendees are required to pay by credit card only. Individuals with an unpaid balance at conference check-in will be required to render a credit card for payment. All unpaid attendees with purchase orders on file will be required to sign a promissory note.

A late fee of 1.5% will be charged to all delinquent accounts. We reserve the right to charge accounts any and all late fees associated with collecting unpaid balances. Returned checks will be charged a $20 processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
Conference fees are fully refundable if Boston University receives written notification of cancellation on or before Thursday, September 30, 2004. Registrations cancelled after that date are payable in full. A substitute may be sent in your place to avoid penalties. Note that non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Credit card refunds must be credited to the same credit card used to purchase the registration.
Win-Dev Attendees will receive a hard copy and CD ROM of the presentation slides. Demo Code will be posted on the web site post conference. Please note, due to the nature of some talks the slides will not be available until post conference.
