FROM SOUTH OR WEST:
Take the Mass Turnpike (I-90) East to Exit 18, Allston/Cambridge. Exit left. Follow signs to Cambridge to the second set of lights. Turn right at the lights; this is Soldiers Field Road/Storrow Drive. Exit Storrow Drive at the Kenmore exit. Follow Local Directions below.

FROM SOUTHEAST:
Take I-93/Route 3 (Southeast Expressway) North to Boston. Exit onto Storrow Drive (Exit 26). Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore exit. Follow Local Directions below.

FROM THE NORTH SHORE:
Take Route 1-A South through the Sumner Tunnel. Follow signs onto the Expressway North. Take the Back Bay/Storrow Drive exit, and follow signs onto Storrow Drive. Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore exit. Follow Local Directions below.

Local Directions from the Kenmore Square/Commonwealth Avenue Exit off Storrow Drive:
At the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto Beacon Street. At this point, the road forks; the right fork is Bay State Road. The left fork will take you to Kenmore Square; in the Square, bear right onto Commonwealth Avenue.

928 Commonwealth Avenue Parking Information:
There are two parking lots near the 928 Commonwealth site: Babcock Street and 808 Commonwealth Avenue. Both lots can be accessed by students with parking permits (see information below). Three pay-per-day lots are located on the east side of Boston University’s main campus. One is at Granby Street at a cost $12 per day (as of July 1, 2003), and two are on Deerfield Street at a cost of $16 per day (as of July 1, 2003). If there is a Red Sox game, the cost is $25 per day. There are T stops close to both parking lots that are free of charge when going outbound (towards the site). The Blanford Street stop is closest to the Deerfield Street lots, while the BU East T stop is closest to the Granby Street lot. Please visit www.bu.edu/maps to get a better idea of where these lots are located. Spaces are limited, so we suggest you arrive at least a half-hour before class to get a spot in the pay-per-day lots. Please be aware that street parking is extremely limited.

Parking Permit Information:
To obtain a parking permit, bring your school ID and car registration to the Office of Parking Services at 775 Commonwealth Avenue on the 2nd floor. If you are unable to go to the Office of Parking Services during their normal business hours, you may access the application for a parking permit (evening parking only) online. There you will find instructions on how to print out an application.

“T” (Subway) Information:
On the Green line of the T (the subway portion of the MBTA), take the "B" (Boston College/Commonwealth Avenue) train. Get off at St. Paul (CVS is on the corner) or Pleasant Street (at McDonald's and Sullivan's Tire). We are next to Sullivan Tire and the Boston University Dental Center on Commonwealth Avenue, and is across from the Buick Street Construction site (previously the site of the BU armory).

Connecting Lines:
If you are coming from the Red line, you need to change to the Green line at Park Street. If you are coming from the Blue line, you need to change to the Green line at Government Center. If you are coming from the Orange line, you need to change to the Green line at Park Street (there is an underground tunnel connecting you from the Orange line to the Park Street station).
