Login to the event using the URL provided in your confirmation email.
- How do I hear the audio portion of the live webinar?
You will be connected to the audio for this event using your computer’s microphone and speakers (VoIP). A headset is recommended. Alternatively, you can access the audio through a telephone by selecting “Use Telephone” after joining the Webinar.
- When should I login to the live webinar?
You can log in to the webinar approximately 5-10 minutes prior to the start.
- How long is the webinar?
The live event will last approximately one hour and will allow for live chat questions.
- What are the minimum system requirements to attend a live or on-demand webinar?
- PC-based attendees: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server, Vista Netscape
- Macintosh®-based: Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger®) or newer

- What is a PDU webinar?
Professional Development Units (PDUs) can be issued by PMI® for formal learning activities related to project management. Project Management Professionals (PMPs®) are required to earn a minimum of 60 PDUs every 3 years to maintain certification. For more information about this program go to the PMI® website or call 610-356-4600.
- How can I pay for a PDU webinar?
Payment is due upon registration and the payment may be made by the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Please contact: webinars@corpedgroup.com if you have specific payment requests.
- What is your refund policy?
The Corporate Education Group does not refund the $35 fee for a PDU webinar. You do have the option of transferring your payment to a webinar at a later date.
- When will I receive my PDU certificate?
You will receive your PDU certificate approximately 14 days after the webinar. If you do not receive the certificate in the mail after 3 weeks, please contact webinars@corpedgroup.com.
