  1. How do I login to a live webinar?
    Login to the event using the URL provided in your confirmation email.

  2. How do I hear the audio portion of the live webinar?
    You will be connected to the audio for this event using your computer’s microphone and speakers (VoIP). A headset is recommended. Alternatively, you can access the audio through a telephone by selecting “Use Telephone” after joining the Webinar.

  3. When should I login to the live webinar?
    You can log in to the webinar approximately 5-10 minutes prior to the start.

  4. How long is the webinar?
    The live event will last approximately one hour and will allow for live chat questions.

  5. What are the minimum system requirements to attend a live or on-demand webinar?
    • PC-based attendees: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server, Vista Netscape
    • Macintosh®-based: Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger®) or newer

  6. How do I suggest a new topic for a webinar?

  9. What is a PDU webinar?
    Professional Development Units (PDUs) can be issued by PMI® for formal learning activities related to project management. Project Management Professionals (PMPs®) are required to earn a minimum of 60 PDUs every 3 years to maintain certification. For more information about this program go to the
    PMI® website or call 610-356-4600.

  10. How can I pay for a PDU webinar?
    Payment is due upon registration and the payment may be made by the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Please contact:
    webinars@corpedgroup.com if you have specific payment requests.

  11. What is your refund policy?
    The Corporate Education Group does not refund the $35 fee for a PDU webinar. You do have the option of transferring your payment to a webinar at a later date.

  12. When will I receive my PDU certificate?
    You will receive your PDU certificate approximately 14 days after the webinar. If you do not receive the certificate in the mail after 3 weeks, please contact
