The business analyst uses numerous methods and tools to structure information collected from stakeholders when eliciting requirements, assessing gaps, and defining and documenting the capabilities of the solution. One often under-utilized tool is the Context Diagram. In this webinar, you will acquire practical techniques for analyzing and documenting a Context Diagram. This technique will help you manage your project scope and perhaps, more importantly, assist in the management of stakeholders’ expectations; additionally, you will discover strategies for analyzing and documenting accurate and complete requirements from your stakeholders as well as ways to overcome challenges when applying these techniques in real world business situations.
