This course provides an overview of project management concepts and principles using a combination of lecture, exercises, discussions, and an integrated case study. Follow up the last 3 days with MDP 460A: Simulation of Real-World Project Management. This dynamic and interactive project management course provides you with hands-on experience executing and controlling projects. Working with proprietary simulation software and a case study that revolves around an entrepreneurial company, you will be challenged to achieve an aggressive time schedule and budget, with limited resources. Experience managing a project in real time!
