Project Management Day Certificate
Project Management Day Certificate
Business is about the development and execution of projects. No matter what field you are working in, successful project planning involves a carefully crafted set of steps leading to planned and measurable goals. In today’s fast-paced business environment, this is no simple task. As deadlines get tighter and budgets get smaller, organizations turn to their managers to do more with less; therefore, successful managers need to replenish their supply of practical skills, insightful strategies, and cutting-edge concepts in order to remain valuable assets to their company.
Built on the core standards from A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), our curriculum empowers you with the skills necessary to tackle the challenges facing your projects. Whether you are currently a project manager, a manager of project managers, or have the desire to become one, the essential tools are available through this curriculum.
To earn a Project Management Certificate, you must complete the nine courses below.*
Note: You may take any of these courses without enrolling in the certificate program; however, register for the entire certificate track and save 20%. Call 1.800.288.7246 for details.
*You must complete all nine courses within eighteen months in order to earn your Project Management Certificate.
*For those individuals who are taking courses under the previous Project Management Certificate program, please contact your Training Consultant as to the classes you should take to complete your Project Management Certificate.
1 If you are planning on taking the PMP® exam, we recommend you also take Preparing for the PMP® Exam (MDP422 or MDO225).
