Cisco Training and Cisco Certification
Cisco® Training and Cisco Certification
 Cisco certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA®) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP®), have become sought-after credentials for most network professionals. They also are required levels of competency that many CIOs and other IT executives look for when hiring staff. Certification may result in higher compensation; CCNP certification may warrant a 10% premium bonus over base pay, according to a study released in February 2004 by Foote Partners, which analyzes IT employment and compensation trends.
